This painting tells the story of the wild streak in me, and I believe, in all of us. Our society teaches us to tame it, rejecting the wayward ferocity of our innate desires. For many of us, doing so destroys our ability to convey unruly fervour.

I love music and art’s ability to channel our untapped wildness, and in this painting, I let my brush be the conduit for a fierce outburst of emotion. We should all embrace our wild streaks!
