There are moments in most days where I feel a rhythm to my movements, or a flow to my thoughts. Sometimes they are fleeting glimpses of harmony and other times they are surges appreciation for being swept along by the powerful energy of the universe. I like to think that when we embrace the waves of change that otherwise threaten to overwhelm us, we find ourselves much further ahead and more at peace than we could ever be by fighting them.
